In winter we have already put on some weight. Winter is the season to make health. In winter we eats lots of healthy food like sweets. And as we covered full on clothes and swatters no one notices our bellies. Even we refuse to face that. But in summer we have to come in our original shape. 

How can I forget about junk foods. Not only the winter food is responsible for our overweight but there is one other factor which affects our health it fast food. In today’s busy world many of us take ready packed food or junk food in our lunch or dinner. And that create many health problems. To overcome all these problem we should become fit and healthy. And to get fit I used to do dieting. But the main problem with dieting is it reduces less weight and effect more on my face. My problem is that when ever I do dieting I loose the charm of my face it become so skinny and week. And I really don't like it at all. I am sure many of you will agree with many. So plz avoid any unplanned dieting. 

Here let me tell you some benefits of a balanced healthy diet and the nutritional compromises of a crash diet.

In any situation we don't want to miss the match of India and if it’s a match between India vs Pakistan then no need to say anything it’s a situation of do or die. Viewers are more excited then players. Weathers its a test, ODI or 20-20 we must know the scores.

We don't know than in this craziness sometimes we miss the beautiful moments of our life. Because we all are ready to do any compromise to watch the match. We give wrong excuse to our boss, We can bunk the school or college, we can cancel the meeting, we can lie to our families, even lovers can cancel their dates, etc… the list are endless. And if the pressure are more towards the other situation means to attend any function, any meeting, or any other important work that cant be cancel or avoid then we have to do the things which we don't want to do at the cost of not watching cricket (hard to do but have to do sometimes). 

Here let me share my little story with you all. I am very big fan of Cricket. In 1996 World Cup - I had seen all the matches of world cup weather it was a match of India or any other country. At that time I was a kid easily manage to watch Cricket. But now I am grown up and have many responsibilities now its not easy to get time and see all the match but still I didn't want to miss any match of India. Sometimes I can manage to watch but sometimes can’t (hard luck).
